I work with women that suffer from disordered eating and feel overwhelmed by how it has controlled their lives, ruined relationships, or has left them feeling alone and isolated. Eating disorders often coincide with depression, anxiety, and trauma, which can be scary to face alone. I will walk beside you as we navigate the road back to you.
As we try to juggle it all-- relationships, career, family, and friends we can burn out and forget to take care of ourselves. We can experience panic or extreme worry, sadness about ourselves, or the feeling of being stuck with no way out. From singlehood to motherhood, we can work together to rebuild a foundation that promotes confidence and empowerment.

Frequently Asked Questions
INSURANCE:
Although I only accept private pay, most PPO insurance companies will provide reimbursement for sessions. Please contact your provider to see if this is an option. I can provide a monthly super bill which acts as a receipt to submit to your insurance company. For all individual sessions the fee is $200 for 50 minutes.
ONLINE SESSIONS:
I have been offering teletherapy (online sessions) for the past 3 years and it has helped clients get the help they need in a more convenient way, regardless of location.
How it works: Once we set up an appointment, an email reminder will be sent with the unique link for our session. Finding a quiet place with wifi such as your car, bedroom, or an office will help contribute to a good connection. Feel free to use headphones or not. Click on the link when you are ready and we can start our session.
PAPERWORK:
New patient paperwork and billing is all completed online. When you confirm your first appointment, I will send you a link with all the information to fill out beforehand. From there, you can create an account, message me, fill out paperwork and receive a PDF copy for your records. My Client Portal is a secure connection and HIPPA compliant.
