Frequently Asked Questions
INSURANCE:
Although I only accept private pay, most PPO insurance companies will provide reimbursement for sessions. Please contact your provider to see if this is an option. I can provide a monthly super bill which acts as a receipt to submit to your insurance company. For all individual sessions the fee is $200 for 50 minutes.
ONLINE SESSIONS:
I have been offering teletherapy (online sessions) for the past 3 years and it has helped clients get the help they need in a more convenient way, regardless of location.
How it works: Once we set up an appointment, an email reminder will be sent with the unique link for our session. Finding a quiet place with wifi such as your car, bedroom, or an office will help contribute to a good connection. Feel free to use headphones or not. Click on the link when you are ready and we can start our session.
PAPERWORK:
New patient paperwork and billing is all completed online. When you confirm your first appointment, I will send you a link with all the information to fill out beforehand. From there, you can create an account, message me, fill out paperwork and receive a PDF copy for your records. My Client Portal is a secure connection and HIPPA compliant.
